Our goal is to operate for the mutual benefit of the member-shareholders. This includes providing the best programs, services, and purchasing opportunities.

Our purpose is to provide whatever goods and services are required by the member-shareholders of the cooperative that are lawful as set forth in the articles of incorporation.

Our Vision is for CARS to be recognized globally as the premier cooperative of Collision Repair Operators and related businesses. We strive to provide the highest quality and effective products, services and resources in the Collision Repair Industry.
